Definition

A chart displaying the objectives and timing of a project.

Similar to a bar chart, a Gantt chart can include a list of tasks needed to be performed, the duration of each task, and the amount of work that has been completed. Gantt charts are typically designed by project managers, and can be used for implementing new systems such as PIM into their organization.
