User Experience is discussed when sites are being built or improved. The goal is to make using each web page or application a satisfying and seamless encounter. If the user is attempting to complete a task or find information on the site, the User Experience would be improved by removing any annoyance, ambiguity, or extra steps that they have to face. For example, eCommerce sites always make sure that the button leading to the shopping cart is easily visible in an intuitive location in order to remove any barriers that might cause a consumer to stop before making a purchase.
